Subprocessors

Pursuant to Art. 28(4) and Art. 13(1)(e) GDPR we disclose who we engage to deliver Virtual Marketer CRM. This list covers the CRM service at crm.virtual-marketer.de. Subprocessors for our other offerings are listed in the general privacy policy.
Engaged permanently

That is the complete set of subprocessors for base operation. The service needs no others: search, background processing and queues all run in its own database, with no external search, analytics or delivery provider.
Engaged only if you use the feature
The following providers are involved only if you actively connect the relevant feature. Without that decision, no processing takes place with them.

If you connect a mailbox over IMAP/SMTP with a provider in the EU, processing remains entirely within the EU. If you connect an account with a provider that processes in a third country, the transfer takes place on the basis of that provider's standard contractual clauses.
Running WhatsApp through a self-hosted instance involves no Meta processing; messages then run through your own WhatsApp account.
Artificial intelligence
The service can use language models for research and enrichment. That processing runs through the Virtual Marketer platform API; the subprocessors engaged there are disclosed in the section on models and subprocessors of the general privacy policy. If you do not use these features, no CRM content is sent to any language model.
Changes
We announce intended changes to this list 30 days in advance. You may object to a change in accordance with the data processing agreement.
